Founded by Bimal B.Bhaskar, a law graduate with a Post Graduate Degree of Masters in English Literature from Bangalore University, commenced his career as a trainee associate with one of India\'s oldest lawfirm\'s King & Partridge,Advocates at Bangalore in 1981.

Enrolled at the Bar in 1982.

Shifted sanad to Hyderabad to head the Hyderabad office of King & Partridge.

Set up independent practice, initially as a trial lawyer in all areas of civil, criminal, labor, taxation and corporate law. Appeared for regional heads and CEO\'s of major Indian corporations & multinationals involving implications like prison sentences, fines and claims in excess of Rs.2,00,00,000/-.

Successfully appeared in some of the major criminal trials in the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for the accused with an acquittal rate of 99%.

Traveled through out the country and represented foreign law firms from across Europe, South West Asia, China and South America personally interacted with all the major Indian and international Law firms. Built up long term personal associations.

Personally appeared or instructed Q.C, Sr.Counsel in England, Supreme Court of India, High Courts in different jurisdictions (all over India & abroad), District and Senior, Subordinate and Junior Civil Courts, Sessions Trials and before Munsiff Magistrates all over India with a 99% acquittal rate.

Founded one of the Oldest corporate law firms of the twin cities of Hyderabad/ Secunderabad i.e M/s.Orient Lawfirm as Senior Partner with his own personal and extensive library in 1987.

First Hyderabad based Corporate Lawfirm to have computers and computerized databank of tailor made formats in 1988.

Has over the years with his personal and totally dedicated team appeared as a Corporate Counsel all over India before all major corporate forums, Tribunals, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India including the BIFR,MRTP Commission, hearings before the Operating Agencies, ITAT,STAT,CEGAT, Excise fora etc.,

Also, in criminal proceedings instituted under the Insecticides Act and Prevention of Food Adulteration cases holding briefs for multinational companies inter alia Bayer and Coca Cola.

Advised on and prosecuted criminal cases for ITC Ltd., rendered diverse corporate advice, incorporation work, worked as Legal Consultant Director on board of several Companies, litigation relating to all ITC’s divisions (including International Business Division) and all due diligence work for enabling it to establish its Kakatiya Grand Hotel at Begumpet, Hyderabad as also other corporate advisory work both in India & its dealings abroad.

Appeals and revisions (civil, corporate & criminal). Acted as Counsel and advised multinational and Indian corporations inter alia ITC Ltd., Satyam Computers Ltd., Union Carbide etc., in Directorate of Revenue Intelligence & other miscellaneous proceedings under Factories Act, Labor Laws, Private International Law, Public International Law and Trade Treaties.

Advised ITC on diversification activities in the 1990\'s and rendered opinions, drafted documentation and devised strategies for various revolutionary, forestry, agricultural land development and chaupal schemes relating to north Indian village produce marketing.

Represented the Trust of the Late Nizam of Hyderabad, his legal heirs, acted for several former Rajahs all over Karnataka, Tamilnadu and the former dominion of the Nizam of Hyderabad and continues to do so.

Advisor to trusts created in India to manage Estates (Tea & Coffee) whose beneficiaries are European residents. Advisor to Executors in India of Estates of Foreign Nationals during Colonial Rule in India.

Counsel for banks, non-banking financial institutions, micro banking institutions especially in rural sector and major financial institutions and major international banks and banking and financial institutions.
